Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat and add the sago.
Continue to boil and cook for about 10 minutes
Cook until a small white spot appears in middle of sago, turn off heat and simmer for five minutes until the white spot disappears.
Cooked sago is cooled with cold boiled water
Place cooled sago in a bowl and add milk.
Add diced mango.
Add required amount of condensed milk
Cool, refreshing, fruity mango sago is ready.
