Ingredients: one grapefruit, appropriate amount of honey
Soak whole grapefruit in hot water for about 10 minutes, then gently rub the grapefruit with table salt.
Cut off skin of grapefruit with a paring knife, thinner better.
Using a knife, remove as much of inner white cotton layer as possible.
Cut into threads 1 mm and 3-4 cm long.
Soak crushed pomelo peel in salt water for a few hours to remove some of bitterness. Rinse grapefruit peel several times, put in boiling water, salt and boil for 10 minutes, also goal is to remove bitterness in grapefruit.
Peel all pulp, clean and remove the seeds, break it with your hands.
Place an appropriate amount of rock sugar in a saucepan, boil it, add chopped pomelo rind and boil for about 10 minutes to fully absorb sweetness of rock sugar water. When pomelo skin is cooked to translucent, you can add pomelo pulp. Turn off fire when water dries. After brewed yuzu tea has cooled, add honey and stir.
