Ingredients: a few red dates and a lot of barley tea.All material images
Wash dried red dates and soak them in water for a while
Take a handful of barley tea from bag
Place barley tea in a pot and add some water
Place red dates and cook
Boil water first
Simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat
Pour it into teapot after it has cooled down
Pour it into a cup and drink it right away
