Ingredients 600 ml pure milk practiceThree sachets of pure milk in sachets, 3*200ml, a glass of kefir, 1*150ml (for bacteria)
Clean yogurt container and sterilize it at high temperature.
Mix yogurt and pure milk well.
Pour into containers and close with lids.
Pour water into smart pot as close to height of milk container as possible, but don't let container float.
Press Yogurt softkey. Cover pot.
When time is up, remove container as soon as possible.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
One bottle at a time, exactly 150 ml.
Keep one inoculation bottle at a time.
