September-October is grape ripening season. Almost every house in my hometown has vines. Varieties tend to be small grapes with lots of seeds. The scientific name should be Cabernet Sauvignon, which is best raw material for winemaking. After harvesting grapes, gently rinse berries under tap without washing off white ice on top, this is a natural enzyme. Then drain well. (washed overnight, drained next morning)
