Looking at Shise's butter tea before, I remembered that my mom used to make it when I was a kid, I always wanted to make it but kept putting it off. Maybe oil used is non-animal and taste is still a bit different from what I remember, but because of sesame and peanut flavor, it's a good idea to make a cup when you're a little hungry in morning or afternoon.
Ingredients Appropriate amount of flour Appropriate amount of black sesame Appropriate amount of white sesame Appropriate amount of crushed peanuts Cooking methodFlour.
Crushed peanuts, black sesame, white sesame.
Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour flour into it and fry, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes, until flour changes color, and remove.
Pour some edible oil and sesame oil back into hot pot, add black and white sesame and peanuts and fry until fragrant.
Then add the toasted flour.
This is still low heat, and then fry, stirring, for a few minutes.
