Ingredients 200 g coconut milk 50 g sago

  • 1 coconut sago

    Pour coconut milk into a cup, add white sugar and stir until sugar is completely melted. If it doesn't melt, heat it up to dissolve sugar.

  • 2 coconut sago

    Soak sago in boiling water for 20 minutes and stir every 5-6 minutes to keep sago from sticking together.

  • 3 coconut sago

    Put soaked sago into pot and cook for 10 minutes, then cook for another 20 minutes. Rinse sago stew with cold water.

  • 4 coconut sago

    Cut the strawberries and pineapples into small pieces with a knife.

  • 5 coconut sago

    Pour dried sago water into coconut milk, then add strawberries and pineapple chunks. Put finished sago dew in refrigerator before eating.
