Materials: soybeans (for two I used two small handfuls).
Two small handfuls of soybeans picked up bad and ugly.
Soak the soybeans in water overnight in advance.
The next morning, drain soaked soybeans with clean water and set aside.
Pour processed soybeans into a blender.
Pour 3 bowls of mineral water.
Turn on blender and start mixing. The soy milk in blender will come out gradually!
After stirring for tens of seconds, turn off power and open small lid, and you will see that soybeans inside are crushed.
Cover lid and continue beating for tens of seconds, foam in mixing cup will become more and more, and this is almost same time.
Slowly pour blended soy milk into saucepan.
Simmer over high heat, stirring slowly during cooking to prevent sediment from forming and burning.
Soy milk is open and flavor is very strong!
Turn on low heat and continue cooking for a few more minutes!
Add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal taste and you can drink it.
