Tremella Lotus Seed Soup is a homemade soup with porcini mushrooms and lotus seeds as main ingredients.
Ingredients 10 g white mushroom 5 g lotus seedsWash white mushroom and tear it into pieces for later use
Mountain sugar ready
Lotus seeds (soak for 2 hours), appropriate amount of red dates
Pour required amount of water into pan, put porcini mushroom, lotus seeds, red dates and rock sugar into pan
Cover, put on low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
Pour into bowl and drink
