Spring in north is a little dry, which can cause fever in lungs and cough. Properly drinking kumquat tea can clear lungs, relieve coughs, and prevent colds.
Ingredients: 500 g kumquat, 300 g rock sugar, half a lemon, 200 g honey.Soak kumquat in lightly salted water for more than an hour and peel off skin.
Cut in half and scrape out seeds one at a time.
Pour kumquats, sugar and water into a saucepan. (Just pass kumquat)
Let fire boil until water boils, then reduce heat to low.
Remove kumquats, cool slightly and grind into granules using a kitchen machine.
Pour kumquat puree back into pot, stir well and continue to cook over low heat.
When kumquat puree gradually becomes thicker and darker, squeeze juice of half a lemon and mix well,
Until kumquat puree becomes thick, take it off heat and warm it up, then add 200 g of honey and mix well.
Place it in an airtight bottle and store in refrigerator.
