Ingredients 250 g Milk Method
Prepare milk, sugar, carrageenan, rose, egg yolk.
Soak carrageenan in warm water for half an hour.
Place milk, egg yolk and sugar in a container.
Break with chopsticks and cook on fire.
Add whipped cream, crush roses and mix well.
Cook carrageenan in a saucepan.
Then pour into milk and stir well.
Pour milk into mold while it is hot and take it out when it has cooled.
Decorate with roses.
