Prepare papaya and milk and scrape skin off papaya.
Cut papaya into cubes.
Pour papaya into a blender, pour in milk and right amount of sugar.
Pour the blended papaya smoothie into a non-stick skillet.
Boil papaya milkshake over high heat until it starts bubbling, then simmer it over low heat for about three minutes (simmer warmer in winter and daily in summer).
