For past two days, I've been craving sweet soup. Yesterday I made mung bean soup and found it to be unsatisfactory. Today, on a whim, I made a large pot of horseshoe-shaped mung bean soup.
Ingredients 100 g mung bean 250 g horseshoeWash mung beans and add water to bring it to a boil over high heat.
After mung bean soup boils, add water chestnuts and continue to cook over high heat. After boiling again, turn on low heat and slowly boil.
When mung beans are soft and rotten and soup is full of horseshoe flavor, add some rock sugar.
Simmer until sugar cubes have melted, then drink.
