Ingredients One Grapefruit Method
Sprinkle grapefruit peel with salt and rinse.
Split into valves
Remove white, soft flesh from inside of grapefruit skin.
Cut peel of pomelo into thin strips. Soak in salt water for 1-2 hours to remove some of bitterness.
Remove skin of grapefruit and cut it into small pieces.
Soaked pomelo peels are squeezed dry.
Put sliced pomelo pulp and crushed pomelo skin into a soy milk machine, heat it with a little water and crush it.
Put yuzu sauce crushed in soy milk machine into a saucepan and simmer. Stir constantly and slowly.
When half of the water has evaporated, add rock sugar.
When soup is ready, turn off heat and add honey, mix well.
