This is a very tasty and nutritious drink!
Ingredients Small dish of peanuts Small dish of soybeans Half of a small dish or banana Rice methodSoak peanuts overnight and peel them off.
Soak soybeans overnight.
Soak rice overnight.
A pack of milk, spare.
Add peeled peanuts, soybeans, rice or bananas (bananas should be cut into small pieces), milk, water, sugar or honey into a soy milk machine or blender. Stir. My soy milk machine uses "wet beans" button.
Having mixed well, pour and filter through a sieve. If you don't use rice and use bananas, you don't need to filter. Let cool and drink. You can also add ice cubes.
