Soy milk Peanut milk

This is a very tasty and nutritious drink!

Ingredients Small dish of peanuts Small dish of soybeans Half of a small dish or banana Rice method
  • 1 Soy milk Peanut milk

    Soak peanuts overnight and peel them off.

  • 2 Soy milk Peanut milk

    Soak soybeans overnight.

  • 3 Soy milk Peanut milk

    Soak rice overnight.

  • 4 Soy milk Peanut milk

    A pack of milk, spare.

  • 5 Soy milk Peanut milk

    Add peeled peanuts, soybeans, rice or bananas (bananas should be cut into small pieces), milk, water, sugar or honey into a soy milk machine or blender. Stir. My soy milk machine uses "wet beans" button.

  • 6 Soy milk Peanut milk

    Having mixed well, pour and filter through a sieve. If you don't use rice and use bananas, you don't need to filter. Let cool and drink. You can also add ice cubes.
