Ingredients 1 l Skimmed milk preparation methodFirst, prepare skim milk and 1 sachet of bacterial powder.
Rinse inner yogurt container and lid of inner container thoroughly with pre-prepared boiled water to avoid contamination of material during yogurt fermentation process.
Pour bacteria powder into a small bowl, add a small amount of skimmed milk, mix well, pour into inner container, and then pour in remaining milk.
Place inner container of yogurt into yogurt maker and ferment for 8-12 hours to form tofu flower shape. Note that longer fermentation time, thicker and more acidic yogurt will be.
