Select all beans.
Place all beans in a bowl, cover with enough water to cover beans, and soak for more than 6 hours.
Rinse soaked beans.
Place soaked beans in a pressure cooker and add some rock sugar.
Toss the beans and rock sugar evenly and cover for 40 minutes.
When time is up, open pot lid. If there is too much water, pour it into a soup pot and turn on heat to draw in the water.
After soup dries, it can be filled and simply put in yogurt.
