Wash 3 pears and set aside.
A bottle of red wine.
Peel pears and set aside.
Pour red wine into saucepan with milk and cover pears with it.
Bring red wine to a boil over high heat, then turn on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off heat.
Cover and marinate for 24 hours before serving.
