Ingredients 600 g lemon 600 g sugar 600 g glutinous rice vinegar
Weigh sugar for later use.
Weigh lemon and set aside.
Bottle of glutinous rice vinegar 600g.
The lemons are washed in salt water, dried and cut into thick slices.
Put in a clean bottle with a layer of lemon.
Add another layer of sugar.
A layer of lemon, a layer of sugar, put all ingredients and finish.
Pour glutinous rice vinegar into a bottle, cover without stirring, put in a cool place and enjoy after a month.
