I bought an ice cream machine, but it turned out to be useless. Recently I saw Weibo about Happy Fish Learning Baking and my heart grew. Today I finally tried it. It is really smooth and soft. Thank you.

Ingredients 2 egg yolks 50 g (slightly sweet, you can reduce 10 g) white sugar 200 g whipped cream 25 g water a few drops of vanilla extract
