Ingredients: minced pork, Chinese cabbage, chopped green onions, eggs, pepper noodles, starch, ginger, pure water and small shrimp.
Add chopped green onions, chopped ginger and ground pepper to the meat filling and mix in one direction
Add egg and keep stirring in one direction
Add salt, dry starch
Stir well
Add a small amount of oil to a pot of soup, saute with chopped green onions and ginger slices
After aroma appears, add some ground pepper, fry, add water and boil
Fill a bowl with cold water and dip your spoon into it. Every time you scoop up meat filling, dip it in cold water. Meat filling is easy to throw into pan
Use tip of a spoon to scoop up some of meat filling and toss it into the pan
After all meat fillings have been turned into balls, cover and cook for a few minutes
Add an appropriate amount of salt, turn on a high heat and put in washed cabbage
After a few minutes, cabbage will be slightly cooked, put in shrimp skins for added freshness
Continue cooking for another minute, then turn off heat
