The ratio of milk and water is 1:1. Do not change dosage by accident!Ingredients 200 ml pure water 200 g milk Visual inspection: 15 ml spoon + half spoon 7 ml Ceylon black tea.
200 ml of water in a saucepan
Take one and a half spoons of black tea for later use
Pour black tea when small bubbles appear at bottom of teapot.
Keep heat low and stir constantly until the tea turns dark red.
Pour 200 ml of milk into pot after water has boiled.
Continue heating over low heat to prevent creamy foam.
When milk tea boils, remove it from heat.
Use a strainer to strain tea leaves from milk tea.
Add sugar to your liking.
