In evening, when sun sets, put on an apron and roll up your sleeves. Decided to learn how to make cupcakes~ Recipe taken from http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_494a12dc0100l2n4.html I made double amount, 14 cupcakes~ (below is the original recipe)
Ingredients 50g unsalted butter 40 g powdered sugar 40 g milk 40 g (two smaller eggs) eggs 1/8 teaspoon salt 3 g baking powder 80 g powder 50 g blueberriesPrepare materials and weigh them
Soften butter slightly, add powdered sugar and stir evenly, gradually add egg liquid, stir until volume increases, color becomes lighter and becomes feathery. (I use warm water to sit in a basin in cold weather)
Mix flour and baking powder together and sift into butter, 1/3 powder → 1/2 milk → 1/3 powder → 1/2 milk, mix well and add in batches.
(same as above)
Stir well before each addition, but do not overdo it, otherwise taste will be bad. (I'm just too excited to get in way and cupcakes aren't fluffy enough)
Add blueberries, depending on amount of personal preference, mix lightly.
Squeeze evenly into a mold and sprinkle surface with blueberries for decoration. Preheat oven to 180 degrees up and down.
180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (dough does not come out when toothpick is inserted)
It's ready, not fluffy enough, but still fragrant^_^ The blueberry tortilla is great too~
