Matcha bean ice cream with honey (handmade version)

Before doing this, I looked at many similar recipes and then made this no-stir matcha honey bean ice cream based on last year's version of ice cream machine. no need to stir (-ω-`)

Ingredients: 600 g whipped cream of animal origin, 120 g sugar, 6 egg yolks, 40 g matcha powder, 50 g honey beans.

    The ingredients are ready, put all white sugar in egg yolk, and divide the whipped cream into two parts: 150g 450g

    The egg yolk and sugar are sent until a rustle of white sugar is heard and egg yolk paste is white and swollen overall with little texture.

    Keep mixture aside until it's ready to use.

    Add 450 grams of whipped cream to matcha powder and beat to 8 texture points

    After cooling, step 5, sift and pour into matcha whipped cream mixture, mix evenly by hand, add honey beans, continue to mix evenly by hand

    Put in freezer and freeze for more than 4 hours, it's better to eat!

    How much white sugar is used, adjust according to each person's taste. Do not hesitate to use matcha powder, otherwise soft and rich taste cannot be guaranteed! This stage of sifting mixture is mandatory!
