When I bought Hainanese mango and papaya from some treasure, by way I bought kumquats, and I brewed tea with kumquat and lemon myself, it is no worse than store-bought, but also healthier.
Ingredients approx. 5 kumquats 1 bag of Lipton green tea required amount of rock sugar approx. 10 ml lemon juice approx. 1 liter water methodI chose one bag of Lipton green tea with an orange flavor, which can enhance fruity flavor. Moderate amount of rock sugar.
Place green tea bag and powdered sugar in a container, add boiling water to brew.
When temperature of water cools and becomes warm, you can add lemon juice (wait until temperature of water has cooled so as not to destroy vitamin C). Better if there is freshly squeezed lemon juice
Cut a little off two ends of kumquat
Cut one side of cross knife to make juicing easier.
Squeeze kumquat to your liking and add it to your pre-brewed tea.
A cup of tea with kumquat and lemon is ready~
