Matcha ice cream

Easy and tasty ice cream "Matcha Ice Cream" Matcha, its original idea is tea grounds with help of a tea grinder. The raw material for matcha powder is green tea. In Japan, through years of cultivation, green tea has a slightly bitter taste, and green tea that has been coated and steamed has almost no bitter taste. You can tell by color that my version is an ultra-rich version of matcha ice cream because I added a lot of matcha powder, so when making matcha powder can be reduced to suit personal taste!

Ingredients 20 g Uji matcha powder 250 g Nestle whipped cream 150 g condensed milk 100 g milk 20 g sugar
  • 1 Matcha ice cream

    Prepare ingredients, whipped cream should be kept in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

  • 2 Matcha ice cream

    Prepare about 100 g of powdered milk with a little water, then add 20 g of matcha powder, mix well and set aside. Then whip whipped cream with sugar until peaks form.

  • 3 Matcha ice cream

    Add whipped cream to condensed milk and stirred matcha and mix it all together.

  • 4 Matcha ice cream

    Finally put it in freezer.

  • 5 Matcha ice cream

    Freeze for 10+ hours. Tastes great when eaten or sprinkled with Oreos.
