Prepare ingredients, whipped cream should be kept in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Prepare about 100 g of powdered milk with a little water, then add 20 g of matcha powder, mix well and set aside. Then whip whipped cream with sugar until peaks form.
Add whipped cream to condensed milk and stirred matcha and mix it all together.
Finally put it in freezer.
Freeze for 10+ hours. Tastes great when eaten or sprinkled with Oreos.
