I saw this recipe online and moment lemon juice touched lavender tea it turned a lovely pink. Sweet and sour, but also a healthy drink. Since original recipe is very large, I compressed it into a cup (compressed proportionately).
Ingredients 7.8 ml lavender 62.5 ml boiling water 10.4 g syrup 62.5 g cold water 1 (squeezed juice) lemonSteep lavender in boiling water for 15 minutes
Add syrup and cold water, add lemon juice
