Sour plum soup with iceIngredients: 12 black plums, 1 tablespoon sugar, osmanthus, 15 g licorice, required amount of rock sugar, 2000 ml water method.
Soak ebony in cold water for 5 minutes, then rinse several times with cold water
Add ebony, licorice and water to pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for about half an hour until half water has evaporated. Add a spoonful of sugar osmanthus to boiling soup, add appropriate amount of rock sugar to your taste and cook for another 5 minutes until rock sugar dissolves
After cooling to room temperature, refrigerate and drink
