Ingredients Milk, preferably black tea, light tasting Tea sugar, white sugar acceptable Sugar Method
Boil in a saucepan with some clean water, add tea leaves, boil, stir
Pour in milk and cook, stirring. Boil a few more times until milk smells like tea. If you feel that tea or milk is not enough, add more tea or milk
Place tea with milk that has boiled several times, add sugar and stir to drink (if you are a student with rock sugar, you can add it when boiling milk)
