Later, among gifts my friend brought me from Japan was brown rice tea, which is similar to our fried rice tea, but brewed with fried brown rice and tea leaves. Black rice tea is said to be very popular in Japan. The weather is cold in autumn and winter, drinking something warm will be comfortable in stomach, and also has effect of weight loss and health care. During frying process, all starch contained in rice is broken down and decomposed, turning into activated charcoal, which can absorb fat attached to stomach and intestines and excrete it from body. Therefore, it especially "purifies intestines, purifies oil" and protects stomach. There are many ways to fry rice. You can choose japonica rice, glutinous rice, brown rice, etc. You can either copy it directly or use soaked rice or steamed and dried rice for frying.

    Rinse rice and soak in clean water for 4 hours, drain water and dry until semi-dry, heat pan, add rice and pepper
