DIY Starbucks Matcha Frappuccino

There has never been a lack of beauty in life, but what is missing is determination to overcome laziness with love. In hot summer, give your family a cup of refreshing ice cream that is cool in mouth and warm in soul~

Ingredients Whole milk Powdered sugar (condensed milk, sugar) Whipped cream Matcha powder Ice cubes Method
  • 1 DIY Starbucks Matcha Frappuccino

    Place whipped cream in the refrigerator for later use.

  • 2 DIY Starbucks Matcha Frappuccino

    Add ice cubes and milk to food machine. The ratio of milk to ice is optional; if you want it to be thicker, add more milk; if you want it to be refreshing, add more ice; if you want a richer taste, you can add some whipped cream at this stage.

    Use a food processor to break up ice cubes (like a smoothie), add matcha powder and powdered sugar (condensed milk tastes better~~).

    If there is no powdered sugar, you can add granulated sugar or marshmallows, but you need to beat it several times to facilitate dissolution. (Honey is not recommended, taste of honey itself will affect taste of matcha.)

    Beat again with a mixer until smooth.

    Pour into a cup. Leave room for whipped cream~

    Whipping cream, if you are using sweetened condensed milk, you can add some powdered sugar.

    For decoration, use condensed milk squeezed out of a pastry bag. You can drink it after stirring, or you can split it, eat cream first and then drink matcha ice cream~
