Bought a box of Hershey's cocoa powder, spent some on brownies. Not sure what to do with rest of box. On Internet I found many recipes for making hot cocoa. .I tried this, or from Hershey website. Ingredients 2 tbsp. (about 28.3 g) sugar 2-3 tbsp. about 30 g) HERSHEY's cocoa powder a pinch of salt 1 cup (about 236.588 ml) milk 1/4 teaspoon (about 1.19 g, optional) vanilla extract In a large mug, mix sugar, cocoa powder and salt. I bought this cocoa powder.
Microwave 1 cup milk for 1-1.5 minutes or until hot
Slowly add hot milk to the mixture in step 1 and mix well.
Add vanilla extract to taste or not.
