Today I will introduce you to a delicious vegetarian dish. Although it only contains green and red peppers and tofu skins, it may taste like meat.
This dish has a nice name, Vegetarian Roast Goose, because finished product is similar to roast goose, hence name of dish, and it is a very good cold vegetable stew.
Let's take a look at this vegan roast goose recipe!
Materials:
Tofu skin, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, onion, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil.
Like:
Wash garlic, green pepper and red pepper, cut into thin pieces and set aside.
To prepare seasoning sauce, take a small bowl, add two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of concentrated chicken juice and sesame oil and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with cold oil, add chopped garlic and chopped green and red peppers and fry until fragrant, add a little salt to taste, mix well and remove from pan.
Put bean curd on surface and brush with freshly made sauce.
Place a piece of tofu skin and brush with sauce.
This is enough for 3-4 layers. Spoon each of roasted green and red peppers and minced garlic and roll up tofu skin.
Place tofu skin into steamer and steam for 3-5 minutes.
Pour oil into a pan, wait until oil is 50-60% hot, and fry tofu skin rolls.
Fry until yellow on both sides, then remove from pan, after cooling, cut into small pieces and eat.
Tips:
To prepare this dish, I add green and red peppers and minced garlic. This is my personal practice.
If tofu skin you bought is relatively dry, you can brush it with a little water to make tofu skin soft.
When frying, do not fry for too long. If time is too long, outer surface will harden and not be as chewy.
This dish is cold, so you need to wait until it cools down to make it easier to cut.
