1. Wash rice first and soak it in water for 4 hours, and before use, soak dried lotus leaves in water for 2 hours.
2. Spread water-soaked dried lotus leaves in a steamer, sprinkle soaked rice evenly on surface of lotus leaves, and add water to rice (you need to rub rice with water a little).
3. Put steamer on a pot filled with water, cover pot and turn on fire to steam. After water boils, put sausage and duck leg on rice and cook for 20 minutes, then take out sausage, cut dried duck legs into pieces. (If water comes out of steamer during steaming, you can add some hot water to continue steaming.) After rice is cooked, put sliced sausage and canned duck legs back on top of rice and steam for 5 minutes before shutdown. heat. If you are afraid that rice will not boil, you can turn off heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
