Crystal clear sago with nourishing dragon fruit is a good summer dessert~
Ingredients: one dragon fruit, a small amount of sago, a small amount of honey, a carton of pure milk. Required ingredients: dragon fruit, sago, honey, carton of pure milk
Rinse sago with water first
Pry out pitaya meat with a knife
After water in pot boils, add sago and keep stirring
Turn off fire until a small white spot appears in middle of sago
Use a sieve to strain sago
Rinse again with clean water to remove mucus from sago
Pour washed sago into the bowl
Pour previously dug up dragon fruit into a bowl
Pour the milk into a bowl and add two tablespoons of honey
Mix well and serve immediately
