minced tofu

  • Amount needed: 300g northern tofu
  • The right amount of beef is 100g
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp cornstarch (10) to taste.
  • 2 teaspoons (10 g) minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ground red pepper
  • 2 shallots in moderation
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt to taste.
  • Suitable amount: 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of oil.
  • Step 1

    Cut northern tofu into rectangular pieces 6 cm long and 5-2 cm thick, mince beef, wash shallots and cut with chopped green onions.

  • Step 2

    Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper and corn starch to ground beef, mix well, then add 10 ml of oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3.

    Pour 20 ml of oil into a frying pan and heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Turn pan over while cooking so that oil is evenly distributed over bottom of pan. Once oil is hot, reduce heat to low, place tofu slices in pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove with a spoon and place on a plate.

  • Step 4.

    Pour remaining oil (15 ml) into pan. When oil is hot, add minced garlic and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Add marinated ground beef and continue to sear, then add 20ml of water. Cook, stirring, until ground beef is a light golden yellow and soup is thick, sprinkle with chopped green onions and immediately turn off heat.

  • Step 5.

    Pour prepared minced meat sauce over sauteed tofu, sprinkle with chopped peppers for garnish.
