According to historical records, whole grass duck has long been a widespread delicacy and medicinal food. Legend has it that it originated as an imperial dish in court of Tang Dynasty.
Whole Duck Cordyceps Diet
10 grams of Chinese cordyceps, 15 grams of Shaoxing wine, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of monosodium glutamate, 10 grams of salt, 1 old duck, 5 grams of ginger, 5 grams of pepper, 5 grams of chicken. essences and 2500 ml of broth.
How to do it: After butchering duck, wash it, chop off claws, remove innards, rinse, put in boiling water to remove blood, remove and wash with cold water, wash with mud with Cordyceps sinensis, rinse ginger and green onions and cut them up.
Mix above foods and medicines in a saucepan, add soup and seasonings, bring to a boil over high heat and cook until duck is done.
