Eel pieces stewed with bacon


400 grams of pure eel meat, 100 grams of bacon (bold and thin), 25 grams of garlic,

30 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of fresh perilla leaves, 15 grams each of rice vinegar, white wine and soy sauce, peanuts
