Fried double chips

Double deep fried chips.

Main ingredients: 300g sweet potato, 300g asparagus.

Accessories: 2 pickled peppers, 2 shallots

Seasonings: salt, monosodium glutamate, broth, sesame oil, vegetable oil.

Method: 1. Wash and clean sweet potato, cut into straight strips, wash asparagus, remove old skin at root and cut into pieces; select shallots, wash and cut into pieces; Chop pickled peppers for later use.

2. Start a fire in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil, blanch sweet potatoes and asparagus and let them cool for later use.

3. Light a saucepan and pour oil into it. When oil reaches 40%, add chopped pickled peppers and shallots and fry, stirring. After frying until fragrant, add sweet potato and asparagus and fry well, then add salt,

Stir-fry MSG and broth until juices evaporate, pour in sesame oil when done, remove from pan and place on a plate.
