Materials1. Clean river shrimp, marinate river shrimp in cooking wine and salt for ten minutes.
2. Remove excess salt water, add thirteen spices, corn starch and flour and mix well.
3. Thin layer of dough, fried more crispy.
4. When oil is hot, add river shrimp. After a little shaping, use chopsticks to cut open river shrimp one by one. River shrimp should be fried twice.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while it's hot, it's delicious!
